Selecting a Therapist

In most cases, we can connect you with a therapist who has the right training and expertise to address your concerns and questions.  To select a therapist from our team, simply review our therapist directory, call us at 605.334.2696, or e-mail .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).  
 

Scheduling an Appointment

Please call 605.334.2696 or fill out our online inquiry form.  We offer day and evening hours and are able to schedule most appointments within three working days.  If you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
 

Your First Appointment

Please park and enter our building from Norton Avenue.  Use the East facing door, go down the stairs, and then take a left.  Thank you.

Please register at the front desk at least 15 minutes prior to your first session in order to complete necessary registration paperwork.  If you wish to expedite the process, please feel free to download and print the form(s) below that pertain to your visit.  You may then simply turn in your completed registration paperwork when you check in or e-mail a digital copy to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) prior to your visit.
