Starting May 15, 2018, Sioux Falls Psychological Services is offering an Art Group for adolescents and teens ages 12-15 who struggle with anxiety or depression.

The group will meet for 16 weeks on Tuesday evenings from 6:00-6:45 PM. All insurances are accepted, and uninsured or underinsured individuals can participate on a sliding fee basis.

Art therapy gives the opportunity to express feelings for which we do not have the words.  This group uses an unstructured format to help adolescents and teens learn to use art as a coping skill in a group setting, which provides peer support.
