The start of the school year always causes us to make changes in our lives - the routes we drive at 7:40 AM, changes in who is in the house during the day, changes in our social lives due to numerous “opportunities” to watch our children perform in band, athletics, school plays, and academic projects galore.  Lots of performances.  But worth isn’t based on performance.  So what does give us worth?

Therapy looks different for each client.  Therapy is shaped to your needs and your personality as much as possible.  We want to create a place where you feel comfortable to explore and address aspects of yourself and your relationships.
