Sunday, June 19, was Father’s day, a time to celebrate the men who are fathers as well as those men who are role models in our lives.  In today’s world, fatherhood encompasses more that just a biological connection.  Research shows that children who have healthy adult role models have more success in adulthood.  Our relationships and connections with each other matter.

Each spring there seems to be a part of many of us that gets the itch to spruce up our surroundings.  I invite you to take an internal inventory as you clean up your physical environment.  How might you benefit from paying attention to the parts of you that are usually tucked away in a dark corner internally?
