Each one of us is wonderfully and beautifully made.  We have all been blessed with gifts that we are encouraged to share with those around us.  The truth is we have value and worth, even when there are times we feel that the world tells us differently. 

Starting May 15, 2018, Sioux Falls Psychological Services is offering an Art Group for adolescents and teens ages 12-15 who struggle with anxiety or depression.  Art therapy gives the opportunity to express feelings for which we do not have the words.
