Many moms express concern about how to handle the winter months during the pandemic. A mix of anxiety and exhaustion leaves them worried about how they can entertain their children and help them get their energy out when going places outside the house is limited. 

Hindsight is 2020. We will need to invest some energy in discovering the lessons of the past year so that we can put them into practice in 2021.  I do hope that just as 2020 is the year we will always remember as the year COVID 19 paid us a deadly visit, so 2021 could be the year COVID 19 is banished.
